A powerful and fun process consisting of individuals “standing for” and “interacting with each other” from predetermined energies. Working under a consciously crafted intention statement, archetypal energies are chosen by the Facilitator and/or the group and assigned to individuals participating in the process. Energies can include those components such as departments, projects and customers as well as energies such as mission, purpose and perspective.
Through this exploration, previously unknown energies and their relationships to each other are discovered and answers, resolution and transformation can occur around previously known and unknown issues that could be plaguing individuals, departments and entire organizations.
